Wellness programs for your continued good health.

Maintaining good physical and mental health is easier with a healthy lifestyle. Throughout the year, we offer wellness and education classes aimed at helping you make and maintain healthy choices in your daily life such as yoga and meditation and meal-planning. Almost all our programs are free. Programs are open to all patients, and in some cases, also to the general public.

We offer wellness and education classes to support your continued good health.

Yoga and Meditation**

We offer walk-in therapeutic yoga and meditation classes at several of our locations. The classes are taught by a registered Yoga Teacher and are perfect for all ages and abilities. Reserve your spot by contacting Sangeeta Ahuja at (914) 699-7600.

**Classes Temporarily Suspended

Childbirth Preparation Classes**

The PICHC Program provides a childbirth preparation class. Tuesdays/Thursdays 3 pm to 4:30 pm in Yonkers. Pre-registration is recommended via email.

We offer a two-hour, six-week course in Lamaze Natural Childbirth open to patients and the public at select locations. The Lamaze class is free to patients. Classes are temporarily suspended.

Wellness Series**

Throughout the year, we offer health and wellness series on a variety of topics such as men’s health, cancer prevention, safety in the home, and more. Walk-ins are acceptable; pre-registration is preferred. To register, please contact Sangeeta Ahuja at (914) 699-7600.

Baby Cafe**

The PICHC Program holds a Baby Cafe to support breastfeeding/chest-feeding for new mothers Tuesdays/Thursdays from noon to 2 pm in Yonkers. Walk-In. No need to register.

SUPPORT GROUPS

Diabetes and Hypertension Support Group**

Our Support Groups meet twice a month at select locations to discuss ways to actively manage chronic diseases. Topics include healthy eating, medication management, remaining active, and more. Support groups are free and family members are welcome. Groups are walk-in, but pre-registration is preferred. To register, please contact Sangeeta Ahuja at (914) 699-7600.
