PICHC is all about healthy moms, babies, and children.
The Perinatal and Infant Community Health Collaborative (PICHC) Program is a home visiting program for pregnant, new mothers, families, and women who want to get pregnant. Through the program, women ages 15 to 44 years can get the health care they need and be connected to valuable services and resources.

We can get you connected to Birth and Postpartum Doulas
A doula is a professional who supports moms and their partners before, during, and after childbirth. They can be by your side during labor and provide physical and emotional support after childbirth. They can help care for a baby while a mother heals, provide practical advice on breastfeeding, help with meal preparation, run errands, or assist in lots of other ways that help to make the transition to motherhood easier.

Who is eligible for the PICHC Program?
PICHC services are free to all women of reproductive ages and their families. We serve Mount Vernon (zip code: 10550 and 10552), Yonkers (zip codes: 10701, 10703, and 10705), and New Rochelle (zip code 10801 and 10805). Immigration or insurance status is not a problem. Our services are private, free, and confidential.
We offer our services in English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole.

PICHC Community Workers operate out of our WCHC Mount Vernon and WCHC Yonkers locations.
