Bringing care closer to you.

As part of our commitment to improving health in our neighborhoods, we take our mobile health unit on the road. Our mobile health unit along with health care professionals and support service representatives frequently visits churches, homeless shelters, health fairs, and other places where the community gathers to deliver health care services and education.
