Judgment-free therapy for teens

If you are a teen, we know it can be hard dealing with a stressful situation at home, at school, on the job, or on social media.

We have behavioral health specialists to help you see your way through difficult situations. Ask your Primary Care Physician for a referral.

Working one-on-one with a counselor, we can help you understand your emotions and learn new ways of coping. These new coping tools can help you take positive control of unpleasant situations and give you the strength to pursue your own goals and dreams in life.

Your child can receive medical care while in school

We operate a school-based health center at Mount Vernon High School during the school day. This helps to ensure continuity of care plus gives you, the parent, peace of mind knowing that your child’s health needs are being met while at school.
