Your counselor will work with you to determine your (or your family’s) eligibility and walk you through the entire enrollment process.
The service is free to New York State Residents from 0 to 64 years of age.

This Health Center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
