Find and Enroll in Your Perfect Insurance Plan

Our specially trained Certified Application Counselors can walk you through finding and enrolling in an affordable and comprehensive health plan through the New York State of Health Marketplace. Your counselor will work with you to determine your (or your family’s) eligibility and walk you through the entire enrollment process.

The service is free to New York State Residents from 0 to 64 years of age.

Westchester Community Health Center. is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n). FTCA Deemed Facility and Accredited by the Joint Commission and recognized by NCQA. This Health Center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
