How to set up your Patient Portal account

Please Note: The portal is for existing patients only. New/prospective patients should call our office to schedule an appointment prior to requesting a portal invitation.

If you are the parent of one of our patients who is under the age of 17 and would like to register for the portal as a parent, please email us to request an invitation.

Existing patients wishing to set up a Patient Portal account can use the online form below. After completing the form, you will receive an email from “noreply@greenwayhealth.com” within three business days. If you do not receive an email from greenwayhealth.com after this time, please be sure to check your bulk, junk, or spam email. The email from greenhealth.com will include an invitation link to join the portal and instructions to help you through the registration process. Please be sure to enter the identification information that you provided when requesting a Patient Portal account.

Our portal is HIPAA compliant and follows the privacy policies and procedures we have put in place to safeguard your medical information.

Please note: Sending the enrollment invitation link via email is not secure. If you have concerns, please call our office and ask to be enrolled or complete a registration request in the office.
