Call Us
Call your care location directly and ask to make an appointment.
Request Online
Fill out our appointment request form, and a member of our care team will reach out to schedule your appointment.
Walk-In
Walk into your desired care location and ask to speak with an appointment scheduler.
If you are a new patient:
Please use our care finder above to find a WCHC location that offers your desired health services. To make your first appointment, you will first need to register as our patient. You may do this in 3 ways:
Call Us
Call your desired healthcare center location directly and ask for the registration department.
Request Online
Fill out our online pre-registration form, and we will contact you within 2 to 3 business days. Please note that submitting this form does not automatically make you a patient at WCHC.
Walk-In
Walk into one of our care locations nearest you and ask to speak to one of our registrars.
