Westchester Community Health Center’s Mobile Health Van will be at Thomas L. Slater Community Center in White Plains on Thursday, June 25, 2026 delivering:
- Health screenings
- Referrals for primary care, dental care, and specialist services
- Referrals to community health services
- Help with enrolling in health insurance and/or health home services
Mobile Health Services are available to EVERYONE!
