Mobile Health Van at Mount Vernon Adult Resource Center

Westchester Community Health Center’s Mobile Health Van will be at Mount Vernon Adult Resource Center, 22 East 1st Street, Mount Vernon offering:
- Health screenings, including physical exams
- Immunizations/vaccinations
- Treatment for acute and chronic conditions
- Behavioral or substance abuse counseling
- Wellness Visits
- Referrals to dental care and specialist services
- Referrals to community health services
- Help with enrolling in health insurance and/or health home services
Mobile health services are available to everyone!
