Fall Health Fair & Vax Clinic – A Community Conversation

Stay healthy, Greenburgh! Please join us at our 2022 Fall Health Fair & Vax Clinic!

There will be pumpkins, music, and face painting for the kids. Pick up information about our health programs and general health information. Get screened for high blood pressure and get vaccinated! Halloween treats and free giveaways for all.

$50 gift cards will be given to everyone who receives a COVID-19 Booster Vaccine. Be sure to bring your Photo ID, Vaccine Cards, and Insurance Card.

At 5 pm, there will be a panel discussion entitled A Community Conversation: The Role of Vaccines in Keeping You and Your Family Healthy.

Our panelists will include:
