Thank you, Afya Foundation, for including us in your donation program and providing our patients with assistive medical devices and supplies! In mid-November, the Afya Foundation donated medical devices and supplies, including raised toilet seats, rollator walkers, shower chairs, and wheelchairs, as well as incontinence supplies. Earlier this year, the Afya Foundation delivered a truck full of medical supplies and care products. We are incredibly grateful to Afya Foundation for helping to make a difference in our patients’ lives!
