At our April 19 50th Anniversary Celebration and Groundbreaking Ceremony, the Board of Directors was on hand along with dignitaries from the Mount Vernon, Greenburgh, and Yonkers communities, Westchester County, and New York State, and other guests to mark the beginning of the $12 million renovation of our Mount Vernon location.
Built in 1980, the Mount Vernon building is in need of renovations and upgrades. Scheduled work over the next 2 years includes a new roof, new HVAC system, new patient examination and waiting rooms, interior and exterior lighting throughout, new bathrooms, parking lot, elevator, flooring, a new exterior facade, and more.
The renovation project is being funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
